About Us
There have been many changes over the years, but one thing has remained a constant - The Community Table's mission. The Community Table was founded to provide a welcoming place for all kinds of people to gather for a good meal. The volunteers and staff are friendly and caring, and there's a real sense of kinship. 
Everyone is welcome at The Table, regardless of level of need, and there is never a fee for our services. Folks may dine-in, take home carryout orders, or both. When you come in, you may sit anywhere you'd like, and you'll be provided with a menu and someone will wait on you just like in any restaurant. We can also provide food for home preparation, please call us at 828.586.6782 for details.
The Community Table serves dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4-6. Come join us!
Directions From Sylva
From Mill St. (Back Street) in downtown Sylva take a right onto Grindstaff Cove Rd., then take the first left onto Central Ave., then take another left onto Brendle. You'll see us at the corner of Storybook Lane and Bartlett Street. Grindstaff Cove Road is off Exit 83 from Hwy 74. You may park at the Church of Christ. Please do not park on the grass.
