The Community Table would not, and could not, meet its serving potential in the community without our volunteers. You are very special and much appreciated. We know that while volunteering is not about personal gain, it is important to give respect and appreciation where it is due.

To show you some appreciation for your dedication and service, The Community Table will award a volunteer each month as the “volunteer of the month,” based on the number of hours each month that you have served with us. It is important that you keep track of your hours in our volunteer sign-in notebook located beside the drink serving area. Hours will be calculated the end of the last day of each month and the award will be distributed the following week. Board members, staff, and those completing community service hours are not eligible.

Also, the volunteer of the month will receive a lunch gift certificate for two at the Burger Shack, donated by the Burger Shack via Mr. John Faulk. The Burger Shack is a generous supporter of the Community Table and we are grateful that we can extend this token of appreciation to hard workers like you.
